We respect your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of your DIALLED account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, age, sex, height, weight)
• All nutrition and meal logs
• Body measurements and weight history
• Skin and eczema check-in records
• Workout and heart-rate session data
• Progress photos
• Goal and trend tracking data
• Your authentication credentials

What Is NOT Stored on Our Servers

• AI coaching API keys — stored only on your device, never transmitted to our servers
• AI coaching conversations — sent directly from your device to Anthropic, never through DIALLED

These are removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data on your device.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. No data is retained after deletion.
