Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your tracked data while keeping your DIALLED account. This lets you start fresh without needing to re-register.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Please use the subject line: DIALLED Data Deletion Request and specify which data categories you want deleted (or all).

Data You Can Request to Delete

You can request deletion of any or all of the following, while keeping your account and profile:

  • Nutrition and meal logs — all food entries, macro totals, dairy-load scores, and day-type records
  • Body measurements — weight history, body-fat estimates, and body-part measurements
  • Skin and eczema check-ins — severity scores, affected areas, trigger notes, and correlation data
  • Workout and heart-rate data — session recordings and calorie calculations from Bluetooth HR monitors
  • Sleep self-reports — all sleep-hours entries
  • Progress photos — all body composition photos stored in your account
  • Goal and trend data — weight goals, EWMA trend history, and state tracking

What Is Kept

After a data deletion request, the following are retained:

  • Your account credentials (email and password)
  • Your profile settings (name, age, sex, height, activity level)
  • Your macro targets and day-type configuration

You can update or remove profile settings at any time within the app.

What Is NOT Stored on Our Servers

  • AI coaching API keys — stored only on your device
  • AI coaching conversations — sent directly from your device to Anthropic, never through DIALLED

These are removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app on your device.

Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
